To safely sustain a continuous 117.6W power envelope without relying on loud, mechanical cooling fans, the internal electronics are integrated into a reinforced flame-retardant housing (178x 80 x 46  mm,  weighing 800g). This robust construction provides a substantial surface area for natural air cooling, keeping the outer casing temperature rise well below < 40°C during maximum Constant Current delivery. It provides a pure, low-ripple DC current that eliminates cell stress during fast energy transfers, maximizing the life cycle of professional equipment battery packs.
