To manage the 84W power delivery without utilizing loud or failure-prone cooling fans, the internal circuit layout is integrated into a spacious flame-retardant casing ($133 \times 58 \times 31\text{ mm}$). This configuration allows optimal natural air convection, ensuring the external shell temperature rise remains under < 40°C during continuous full-load charging. It provides a clean, low-ripple DC output that prevents cell stress during rapid energy transfer, making it ideal for professional equipment settings.
